The Christmas Eve meeting at the "Shelter" Club this year was special, because it was a jubilee event. On December 21, 2018, the tenth “Shelter” Christmas Eve took place. The awareness of this fact had an additional effect on the festive character of our meeting. We felt the closeness of Christmas and the associated atmosphere of mutual giving. The confirmation of this was the giving of the Christmas presents. The uniqueness of Christmas always inspires us to be sensitive to the needs of people who surround us and which we meet on our way. Let this sensitivity fill us every day after Christmas and in the New Year ...

The Indoor Football Tournament December 2018

The last sporting event in 2018 at YC "Shelter" was the Indoor Football Tournament, which took place on December 15, in the sports hall of Primary School No. 37 in Bialystok. Four teams took part in it, which in the first stage played matches with the peer-to-peer system. Then the teams that took the 3rd and 4th place fought for the 3rd place in the Tournament. This match was won by the team consisting of: Dominik Kotyński - captain, Rafał Stankiewicz, Dariusz Sawicki and Mariusz Margużewicz. The highlight of the games was the match for getting the first place. The winner of the Tournament was a team consisting of: Rafał Załuska - captain, Bartek Muczyński, Rafał Reszeć and Adrian Połuszańczyk. The second place went to the team whose captain was Łukasz Wiszowaty, who played with Adam Sadowski, Mariusz Olszewski and Krystian Frankowski. Rafał Reszeć became the top scorer.

The Autumn FIFA 18 Tournament

On 17-19 October 2018, the Autumn FIFA 18 Tournament took place. Seven players competed for the competition, among which were the winners of the previous tournaments. This promised the atmosphere of an exciting sports fight for the championship in the console version of the football. Each player showed great game skills and great determination in achieving the best result. This meant that each match was an interesting event. The first stage was played by the peer-to-peer system. The cup phase was completed by four competitors who achieved the highest number of points: Paweł, Damian, Jakub and Maciej. Paweł and Jakub passed to the final. Paweł was the winner in this fight for the first place. In the match for the third place, Maciek defeated Damian.

The fall and winter futsal season is open

On Saturday, 6 October 2018, the first football match took place in the hall in the autumn-winter season 2018/19. Thanks to the kindness of Mr. Tadeusz Gaszyński - the Director of Primary School No. 37 - members of the "Shelter", former and present, can play football in the sports hall every Saturday, from 17:00 to 18:30. This is an amazing opportunity for young people, older and younger, to play sports and relieve stress after a week. In December, we are planning a Christmas Football Tournament.

The last holiday event of 2018

At the end of the summer of 2018 two football matches of two teams of the older youth took place. We originally planned a mini football tournament, but not all teams appeared, so we decided to play the match with the rematch. This sports event took place on September 1, 2018 on the sports field at the Estate “Dziesięciny I” in Białystok. The players of both teams showed great commitment in this football competition. As a result, each team won one match. So, the penalty kicks decided about the victory of Bartek's team. The the top scorer was also selected, Łukasz became. All players the prizes received.
