Super Cup Summer Holidays 2022

From July 5, 2022 to August 23, 2022, competitions took place as part of the holiday series of tournaments at MK "Shelter".There were four competitions: darts, table football, checkers and FIFA 20. These were interesting events, during which there was an atmosphere of a healthy sports fight.The summary of all the tournaments was the Super Cup for the person with the most points for podium places.This valuable award was presented to Marta Makal.Congratulations to Marta and the winners of individual tournaments.We would like to thank all the competitors for participating in summer sports events.

The continuation of the holiday tournament series

In August, we continue the series of summer tournaments.Two more tournaments were held.On August 9, 2022, the Summer Drafts Tournament took place, and on August 16, 2022, the Summer Table Football Tournament was played.These were interesting events that provided a lot of sports emotions and made spending time in the club more attractive.Marta Makal became the drafts champion, and Sebastian Piłasiewicz and Zuzanna Cierpioł took second and third place respectively.In the Table Football Tournament, the best player was Sebastiam Piłasiewicz, followed closely by Dawid Grosz, and Patryk Pod was third.The effort of the players of both tournaments was rewarded.The winners of the first three places were presented with statuettes and chocolate boxes, while the remaining people received gifts.

The Summer Dart Tournament

On July 5, 2022, the first tournament took place during this year's holidays.It was the Summer Dart Tournament.Three turns of throws are scheduled.All the competitors entered the competition full of sports emotions.The fight for a place on the podium lasted from the first throws.Ultimately, the positions of the Tournament participants were determined by the third round of throws.The first place went to Oskar Kremer, the second was Marta Makal, and the third was Natalia Borysewicz.The winners received cups and chocolate boxes.The other players received sweet gifts.

The summer pizza meetings

On June 30, 2022, we started a holiday series of pizza meetings.In line with our club tradition, we organize a Pizza Party every week during the summer holidays.It is a especially nice event that makes spending time in the club more enjoyable.We try to ensure that the table is covered in a colorful manner, which certainly contributes to a pleasant atmosphere.A common meal undoubtedly integrates the group of clubbers, which we are very happy about.

The artists are among us

There were times in the history of YC "Shelter" when art classes were very popular. We wrote about it earlier and showed beautiful works in the form of paintings painted with various techniques, including those painted with acrylic paints on canvas. We also presented interesting works made with the use of colorful Pyssla beads. Not every group of club members showed artistic preferences. A few months ago, art activities were spontaneously initiated. The resulting paintings were painted with acrylic paints on canvas. Due to the fact that so far several authors have done a lot of work, we decided to organize a small exhibition. The pictures are presented in the picture on the right. It should be added that this is not all the work done during these few months. It should also be mentioned that artistic projects are made with the use of Pyssla beads. Moreover, thanks to the activity of the art group, the club rooms were decorated with beautiful chains made of colored tissue paper.
